Police Arrest Woman for Stealing Wallets
Moorestown and Cherry Hill police team up to take down the alleged thief, according to a report.
As a result of a cooperative investigation with Cherry Hill Police, arrested Joan Phillips, 56, of the 2500 block of Jackson Street, Philadelphia, last week for the theft of six wallets from women who had been shopping at the located in the Kmart shopping plaza, according to a report.
The thefts occurred between Feb. 15 and March 17, police said.
