Police: Burglar Steals Jewelry from East Oak Avenue Home

Moorestown Police also investigate the theft of a car from the driveway of a West Wilson Avenue residence.

April 13

Theft, 6:31 p.m. — A resident of the 500 block of Kings Highway reported $500 was stolen out of her purse, police said.

Criminal mischief, 8:36 p.m. — An unknown person threw something through the window of a residence on the unit block of Woodlane Road, according to police.

April 16

Bicycle theft, 7:16 a.m. — Someone stole two bicycles from the unit block of East Second Street sometime overnight on April 15, police said.

Vehicle theft, 8:28 a.m. — A 2012 Honda CR-Z was stolen from the driveway of a home on the unit block of West Wilson Avenue sometime overnight on April 15, police said.

Burglary, 12:11 p.m. — A burglar broke into a home on the 400 block of East Oak Avenue by breaking a rear door window and stole jewelry, according to police.

April 19

Theft, 11:26 a.m. — A resident of the 300 block of West Third Street told police jewelry was stolen from their bedroom sometime on April 16 or 18.

Residents are urged to contact the  immediately at 856-234-8300 if they notice any suspicious activity in their neighborhood.
