Police: Camden Man Tried to Torch Ex-Girlfriend's Porch

A Camden man who allegedly set fire to his ex-girlfriend's porch was arrested last week by Mount Laurel Police.

Joshua E. Taylor, 26, started the fire on the porch of his girlfriend's condo during the early morning hours of Nov. 23, police said. He was arrested by the U.S. Marshall's Fugitive Task Force at an unknown location in Camden on Dec. 7.

He was charged with aggravated arson, causing the risk of widespread injury, criminal mischief and stalking. He was committed to the Burlington County Jail in default of $73,500 bail.
