Police: FL Man Incapacitated, Sexually Assaulted Woman

Mount Laurel Police say the suspect circulated photos of the victim after she was incapacitated.

Mount Laurel Police arrested a Florida man they say incapacitated and sexually assaulted a woman at a hotel, and then circulated photos of the victim. 

According to police, Francis J. De Los Hoyos, 25, of the 4900 block of 101st Avenue, Coral Springs, FL, physically incapacitated the victim at a hotel on the 4000 block of Crawford Place in Mount Laurel on July 17 and sexually assaulted her while she was incapacitated. He later circulated inappropriate photos of the woman, police said.

Mount Laurel Police issued arrest warrants for De Los Hoyos on Aug. 22 and he was arrested at his Florida home by the Coral Springs Police Department on Aug. 24 without incident. He was charged with one count of aggravated sexual assault, two counts of reckless endangerment and two counts of invasion of privacy, according to police.

De Los Hoyos is being housed in the Broward County Jail in Florida awaiting extradition.
