Police: Loud Music Complaint Leads to Pot Arrest

Also, Moorestown Police arrest more shoplifters at the Moorestown Mall.

Sept. 14

  • Irene De La Cruz, 24, of Laurel Avenue, Lakewood, NJ, arrested for allegedly shoplifting $162.96 worth of clothing and shoes from Sears at the Moorestown Mall, police said. She was released on a special complaint summons.

Sept. 16

  • Van Johnson, 54, Eraser Road, Moorestown, arrested after police responded for a loud music complaint and a well-being check and allegedly found Johnson in possession of marijuana (under 50 grams), according to a report. He was released on a summons.

  • Patience Aggrey, 54, of Tempest Lane, Willingboro, arrested for shoplifting $310.50 worth of dresses and a wrap, which police said she stuffed in her handbag, from Boscov’s. She was released on a summons.  

Sept. 18

  • Matthew Ciancutti, 19, of West Central Avenue, Moorestown, arrested after police said he stole a wallet from a vehicle and was found in possession of $5.63 in coins stolen from a vehicle. Ciancutti was charged with burglary of a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property and released on a summons. A 15-year-old male was also involved and will be charged.
