Police: Man Abandoned Unconscious Friend in Garage

Mount Laurel Police also arrest a fourth person in connection with the knifepoint robbery of a pizza delivery driver.

March 21

Criminal mischief — Police said a residence on the unit block of Hillside Lane was egged between the night of March 20 and 8 a.m. March 21, causing approximately $300 damage.

Burglary (Spring Valley) — Someone stole copper wiring, valued at $1,200, from a house under construction between 4 p.m. March 19 and 1:30 p.m. March 21, according to police. Also, sometime overnight between March 7 and 8, the copper feed line to the residence, valued at $1,000, was stolen. No forced was used in either incident, police said.

March 23

Theft (Parker’s Creek) — Police said someone stole two laptops and other miscellaneous items, valued at $2,300 total, from unlocked vehicles on the 100 block of Memorial Lane sometime between 5:30 p.m. March 22 and 8 a.m. March 23.

Arrest (Endangering an injured victim), 5 p.m. — Police arrested Randy S. Krassan, 43, of the first block of Biddle Way, during an investigation into suspicious activity on Biddle Way. Officers found Kevin J. Jarvis, 22, of the 900 block of Heatherwood Drive, East Norriston, PA, unconscious on the floor of a closed garage on Biddle Way, according to a report. He was taken to Kennedy University Hospital in Cherry Hill, where he was treated and released. Police said Krassan was with Jarvis when he lost consciousness, placed him in the garage, and left him unattended, knowing he was helpless and unable to summon help. Krassan was charged with endangering an injured victim, served with criminal complaints and released. Jarvis was later charged with being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) and possession of CDS.

March 24

Arrest (DWI), 3:32 a.m. — Police arrested Thomas J. Lippincott, 38, of the 300 block of Linden Lane, after his vehicle became disabled on Creek Road and an officer stopped to check on him, according to a report. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and released pending a municipal court hearing.  

March 25

Theft (The Grand) — A TomTom GPS, valued at $150, was stolen from an unlocked vehicle on the unit block of Foxcroft Way between 12 p.m. March 23 and 12 p.m. March 25, according to police.

Arrest (possession of marijuana), 10:56 p.m. — Police arrested Joshua A. Parker, 24, of the 2600 block of Larchmont Place, after officers were called to investigate a suspicious person on Coventry Way. Parker was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said, and released pending a municipal court hearing.

March 27

Arrest (robbery), 11:30 a.m. — Police arrested Kerri A. Paterno, 36, of the 100 block of East Kings Highway, Maple Shade, for her role in the  on March 10, according to a report. She was charged with conspiracy to commit armed robbery and released, pending a court hearing, after posting $5,000 bail.
