Police: Man Charged with Pot Possession After DUI

Aug. 6

• Gurgen Tkhelidze, 25, of Tarnbrooke Drive, Mount Laurel, charged with possession of marijuana (under 50 grams) after police said he was arrested for driving under the influence by a Mount Laurel Police officer on South Church Street. Tkhelidze was released on a summons.

Aug. 9

• John Devenny, 27, of Matlock Drive, Maple Shade, charged with theft after police said he stole $379.95 cash from while he was employed there. He was released on a summons.

• Bhavnaben Patel, 28, Jalpaben Patel, 30, and Sharmisht Patel, 31, all of East Mill Road, Maple Shade, arrested for shoplifting after concealing multiple items from Boscov’s at the Moorestown Mall, according to police. Bhavnaben stuffed a $124 dress in her purse, Jalpaben concealed $264.99 worth of watches, earrings and two handbags, and Sharmisht concealed a $25 watch, police said. All three were released on a summons.

Aug. 10

• Chaquinta Hinton, 36, of Nelson Street, Hartford, CT, arrested at the on Nixon Drive after police allegedly found her in possession of stolen merchandise from and Foot Locker, as well as a prying tool. Hinton was charged with two counts of receiving stolen property and possession of burglar tools and sent to Burlington County Jail on $2,500 bail.

• Jared Jackson, 18, of New Albany Road, Moorestown, and William Wallace, 20 of East Camden Avenue, Moorestown, arrested after they were caught in possession of marijuana (under 50 grams) while sitting in the rear of the on Camden Avenue, police said.

Aug. 13

• Darrion Still, 48, of North Fourth Street, Philadelphia, arrested for shoplifting after police said he concealed a $24 pair of sunglasses at at the Moorestown Mall. He was released on a summons.
