UPDATE: Man Flashes Handgun, Robs CVS, Police Say

Following leads generated by media coverage, Maple Shade Police have charged an Audubon man with the robbery.

UPDATE: Police arrested 29-year-old Eric Harbinson, of Audubon, and charged him with the robbery of the CVS on Route 73.

According to Maple Shade Police, leads generated by media coverage of the robbery led to Harbinson, who was taken into custody in Camden and placed in Burlington County Jail on $92,500 bail.

Maple Shade Police are looking for a man who flashed a handgun and robbed the CVS on Route 73 Sunday night.

According to police, the man strolled into the CVS near the intersection with Fox Meadow Drive at approximately 9:42 p.m. and asked the cashier for a pack of cigarettes. When the cashier returned to the counter with the cigarettes, the man lifted his shirt and showed him a handgun. The suspect then made the cashier open the register and give him all the money.

Police described the suspect as a white male, approximately 6 feet tall, between 25-30 years of age. (See attached photo for a surveillance image of the suspect.)
