Moorestown Arrest Report

Moorestown Police say a Marlton man drove while high and a Kmart worker tried to rip off his employer.

Jan. 12

  • Anneliese Lovenduski, 18, of Monroe Avenue, Edgewater Park, arrested for shoplifting after police said she concealed $94 worth of clothing from Sears in her handbag. She was released on a summons.
  • Cory Poole, 25, of Shari Court, Marlton, arrested for driving under the influence, reckless driving, possession of marijuana (under 50 grams) and possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle following an accident at Route 38 and South Lenola Road, according to police.

Jan. 14

  • Jacob Martinez, 19, of Curtis Avenue, Merchantville, arrested after he took jewelry out of a display case at Kmart, while employed there, and then tried to return it and credit his debit card for $1,339.62, police said. Martinez was charged with theft by deception and released on a summons.
