Police: Moorestown Woman Arrested for Prostituting Outside Wawa

Apparently Wawa—and the police—frown on that kind of thing.

Maple Shade Police arrested a Moorestown woman who was allegedly offering more than a "good morning" outside Wawa early Monday morning.

Police received complaints of a woman possibly soliciting for prostitution outside the North Forklanding Road Wawa around 8:30 a.m. Monday. When police arrived, they warned Darlene Emilio, 48, of Moorestown, and sent her on her way, according to a report.

Two hours later, police were again alerted to Emilio's activities and promptly arrested her and charged her with "loitering for the purpose of engaging in prostitution."
