Police Release Sketch of Person of Interest in Knifepoint Robbery

The man pictured here is wanted for questioning in connection with a robbery that occurred in broad daylight Friday afternoon on Main Street.

Maple Shade Police have released a sketch of a man wanted for questioning in connection with a afternoon at Rewind, a secondhand store on East Main Street.

Police said the man was seen minutes before the robbery in the area of L&S Chocolates, also on East Main in Maple Shade. Police believe the suspect may have spent time visiting other stores on Main Street before deciding which one to rob.

According to police, Main Street was very busy Friday afternoon—with many pedestrians, shoppers and motorists in the area—leading them to believe a number of people saw the suspect prior to the crime.
