Simple Assault Charge for Moorestown Man, Police Say

Also, a Delran man is arrested and charged with terroristic threats stemming from a domestic violence incident, according to Moorestown Police.

March 22

  • Amy Masciocchi, 43, of Huntingdon Avenue, Glendora, arrested for shoplifting after police said she concealed $209.43 worth of merchandise—haircutting products, candy and cosmetics—from Boscov’s in a large handbag. She was released on a summons.

March 23

  • Aaron Deangelis, 34, of Lawrence Drive, Moorestown, charged with simple assault in connection with a domestic violence incident on Lawrence Drive, according to police. Deangelis was committed to Burlington County Jail on $5,000 bail.

  • Michael Didomenico, 46, of Carl Miller Boulevard, Camden, arrested after police said he removed a price tag from a $398 Michael Kors bag at Lord & Taylor using tin shears and then concealed the merchandise in a shopping bag, according to police. He was released on a summons.

March 24

  • David Cherubini, 47, of Norman Avenue, Delran, arrested for terroristic threats and criminal mischief stemming from a domestic violence incident on Sheffield Drive, according to police. Cherubini was released after posting 10 percent of $7,500 bail.
