Drunken Township Man Slammed into Pole, Police Say

Also, Mount Laurel Police arrest two more alleged DWI drivers for the price of one.

Feb. 22

Theft (Devonshire) — Someone stole a UPS package, valued at $64, from the front doorstep of a residence on the unit block of Dickens Lane, police said.

Feb. 27

Shoplifting, 1:15-2 p.m. — Someone stole four baseball gloves, worth a total of $839.96, from a display case at Dick’s Sporting Goods after cutting a security wire holding the gloves, police said.

Theft, 6:15-7:12 p.m. — An iPhone 5, valued at $700, was stolen after it was left unattended at the YMCA basketball courts, according to police.

Feb. 28

Theft — Police said copper piping, valued at $500, was stolen from the exterior of Wun’s Family Dentistry sometime between 8 p.m. Feb. 27 and 12:48 p.m. Feb. 28.

Arrest (possession of paraphernalia), 10:58 p.m. — Police arrested Robert F. Hammell, 19, of the 4700 block of Sherwood Terrace, Pennsauken, after he was stopped on Route 73 for a motor vehicle violation, according to a report. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and released pending a municipal court hearing.

March 1

Arrest (DWI/CDS), 3:37 a.m. — Police arrested Darren Mainardi, 48, of the 100 block of Peabody Lane, Marlton, after he was stopped on Marne Highway. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of various controlled substances, and being under the influence of controlled substances, and released pending a municipal court hearing, according to police.

Arrest (DWI), 3:53 a.m. — Police arrested Kevin C. Rapp, 20, of the unit block of Cooks Mill Court, and Julia G. Streilein, 21, of the unit block of Cranbury Hill Court, after they were both stopped on Union Mill Road, according to a report. They were charged with driving while intoxicated and released pending a municipal court hearing.

Arrest (shoplifting) — Police arrested Lauren Delmastro, 20, of the unit block of South Church Road, Maple Shade, and Brandon D. Holihan-Boothe, 23, of the unit block of Sheffield Lane, Mount Laurel, for shoplifting brass door locks, valued at $285, from Home Depot on Nixon Drive, according to a report. Both were served with criminal complaints and released pending a municipal court hearing.

Burglary — Someone stole approximately $1,000 worth of equipment from an unsecured shed on the 400 block of Hartford Road between Feb. 26 and 3:36 p.m. March 1, according to police.

Arrest (possession of prescription drugs) — Police arrested April D. Branco, 31, of the unit block of Bank Street, Medford, after she was found in possession of prescription medication not prescribed to her during a shoplifting investigation, according to a report. Branco was charged with possession of prescription medication not prescribed and released pending a municipal court hearing.

Arrest (DWI), 9:58 p.m. — Police arrested Kyle R. Bunyard, 22, of the unit block of Winterset Lane, Marlton, after he was involved in a single vehicle accident, according to a report. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and released pending a municipal court hearing.

March 2

Arrest (exhibiting false government documents) — Police arrested Francisco J. Lopez, 23, and Miguel A. Lopez, 23 both of the 1800 block of North Street, Monroe, NC, on March 2 after they were stopped for motor vehicle violations and presented fake driver’s licenses, according to a report. They were both charged with exhibiting false government documentation and released pending a municipal court hearing.

March 3

Arrest (DWI) — Police arrested Zachary J. Denapoli, 20, of the 100 block of Calderwood Lane, after he struck a light pole on Jerrick Court and left the scene, according to a report. He was subsequently stopped by police and charged with driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident, and released pending a municipal court hearing.

Arrest (obstruction) — Police arrested Alie M. Kamara, 35, of the 7100 block of Jackson Street, Philadelphia, during an investigation into a report of suspicious activity near the CVS on Route 38, according to a report. Kamara was charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance and obstruction. He was served with criminal complaints and released pending a municipal court hearing.

Shoplifting, 9:24 p.m. — A shoplifter stole approximately $223 worth of merchandise from the CVS on Route 38, according to police.

March 4

Burglary — A burglar stole $300 worth of tools from a shed on the unit block of Springville Way between 4 p.m. March 2 and 7:30 p.m. March 4, according to police.

March 5

Theft, 2:30-4 p.m. — Police said someone stole an undetermined amount of cash from a woman’s purse while she was shopping at TJ Maxx on Centerton Road.

March 6

Theft, 9 a.m. — A motorist, described as an unknown white female driving a white sport utility vehicle, purchased gas at the Stiles Sunoco on the 3200 block of Route 38 and then paid with a counterfeit bill, police said.
