What is this all about? Exceed the limits? 2-2014 Ordinance to Exceed the Municipal Budget Appropriation Limits and to Establish a Cap Bank (N.J.S.A. 40A: 4-45.14)

day 10 Bella. Hope they budget for an efficient IT company. I'd like to be able to get an answer when I call my muni offices. Did I read the agenda correctly? We went from one efficient sanitation department to three sanitation companies? Casworth, Central and Republic. Taxpayers better keep a close eye on the books. How much are we saving?

Mr. Sanlazarro isn't it interesting the budget spends more and has 8 less employees. Where are the savings?
