UPDATE: PREIT Not Attending Council Meeting

The Moorestown Mall owner had planned on giving a presentation at tonight's meeting.

UPDATE: PREIT spokeswoman Judy Trias said the company opted not to present at tonight's township council meeting because it's still waiting to close deals with the restaurants it's been negotiating with.

Those deals can't be finalized until, or if, liquor licenses are awarded to PREIT. The company is also unable to disclose which restaurants it's in talks with, Trias said, so representatives elected to postpone a presentation.
