Sanitation Update on the Agenda for Monday's Council Meeting

The meeting takes place at 7:30 p.m. at the high school.

Moorestown Council is expected to provide a sanitation update when it convenes for its meeting Monday night in the IT room of the high school, according to the agenda posted on the township website Friday afternoon.

The meeting begins at 7:30 p.m.

The township entered into an agreement with Casworth Enterprises to outsource trash collection beginning March 31.

Township Council approved the contract to privatize trash collection on Jan. 28.

The company’s bid called for the township to pay $425,732.80 the first year; $427,350.80 the second year; and $428,968.96 the third year, according to the township’s website.
