Tickets can also be purchased on the Wizards website. A $1.25 handling fee is charged for each ticket ordered online.

“The Harlem Wizards are very good,” said Lantz. “They are just as good as the Globetrotters at a fraction of the cost.”

This is the third year the Home & School has hosted the Harlem Wizards. This year, there will only be 1,000 seats sold for the event.

“All the seating is premium seating,” said Lantz. “Everybody has a good seat.”

Seating is all general admission and tickets are nonrefundable. Doors will open at 6:15 p.m.

During halftime, the MEA will perform a special dance show and two families will get the opportunity to win a one-night stay at Crystal Springs during a halftime shootout.

Each of the two selected families will team with a Wizard. Each family’s designated shooter must make a layup and a foul shot. Their Wizard teammate must make a trick shot from half court for his team to win. All three shots must be made in 3 minutes.

“Ice Guy” from the Moorestwon Rita’s Water Ice will be there handing out coupons for free water ice to every child.

Hot dogs, soda, water, soft pretzels and candy will be sold. The event has free parking.
