Tickets are still available for the baseball team's pasta dinner fundraiser next Tuesday, Feb. 28.
Tickets are $15 and must be sold in advance. They will not be sold at the door. Email head coach Bill Donoghue at email@example.com to get tickets. The price for a family of four comes to less than $13/each ticket. Players must have a ticket as well.
Send money, plus a list of names/ticket numbers, to coach Donoghue no later than Thursday so the caterer can determine the head count for the dinner. Make checks payable to Moorestown Township Public Schools.
The dinner will be catered by from 6:30-8 p.m. in the high school cafeteria.
The menu will include:
Balsamic grilled vegetable salad
Field greens salad
Orechiette pasta baked with fresh mozzarella, ricotta, and marinara
Dessert and drinks donated by parents (see below)
In order to keep costs low, organizers are requesting all sophomores and juniors bring a dessert to the event and to contact Wendy Kaiser at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm. Freshmen and seniors are being asked to bring a beverage (no soda) and to contact Teresa Miller at email@example.com to confirm. Paper products are also needed. Contact Sharon Savino at firstname.lastname@example.org to make donations.
Prior to the event, junior parents should arrive at 5:30 p.m. to help set up tables and food services, and senior parents are asked to stay at the end to help with clean-up.
