to Stafford Township, just outside Long Beach Island. The items were provided by members of the Moorestown Education Association, as well as members of the community who dropped off items.

This week, the Moorestown Education Association and Moorestown Home & School are rounding up holiday items from school employees on Friday and encouraging community members to drop off items at the Upper Elementary School (UES) between 8-9:30 a.m. Saturday, said UES teacher Matt Stuart. "It's a great opportunity to work with Home & School for a good cause ... The staff is excited."

The organizers of the donation drive are seeking new toys and holiday decorations, which they'll take to the Stafford Township Administration Building Saturday morning. The Moorestown teachers are organizing the drive in collaboration with teachers in Stafford Township and Manahawkin.

"We believe the turnout will be a little more robust because we've had more time to plan," said Stuart.
