If you want to sculpt a ballerina body... as in fabulous long, lean muscles... then this fun and funky class is for you! Barre Body incorporates basic and moderately-advanced ballet moves into a cardio and strength training workout to help you shed fat and tone muscle fast. Each class includes barre work, floor moves, free weights, core and more, to get you to your fitness goals as efficiently as possible.
Men and women of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. No ballet experience is required!
