Power Yoga SWEAT

Come to this class prepared to sweat and work hard. Strengthen your legs through a strong Warrior Series. Tone your upper body and abs with Sun Salutation Series, and dive into the connective tissue in your shoulders, back, hips, and core.

This 4-class seminar is led by Moorestown resident Wanda Gilhool. Wanda's yoga journey began over 15 years ago when she took her first yoga class from Baron Baptiste in Bryn Mawr, PA. Her first experience with yoga ended with her trembling, open, and emotional... and ready to take the first step to transforming her life. Wanda moved to North Carolina shortly thereafter, where she began practicing to become a master Baptiste yoga instructor. She opened her own yoga center in March 2001, and has instructed the Carolina Panthers, Red Bull Racing Team, NOMAD Aquatics Swim Team, and North Mecklenburg lacrosse team. Wanda is experienced teaching everyone ranging from stay-at-home moms to professional athletes. “What I love about this style of yoga is its simplicity. It is a simple avenue to transformation. It begins with muscles quivering but ends with our insides trembling with possibility!"
