Moorestown Softball Team Suffers Season's Second Loss
Northern Burlington downed the Quakers, 3-2, in the Burlington County tournament.
The Moorestown High School softball team suffered just its second loss of the season on Friday, a 3-2 loss to Northern Burlington in the quarterfinals of the Burlington County tournament.
Meredith Taylor hit a two-run homer with two outs in the final inning for the win.
Moorestown is now 10-2, and returns to the field Tuesday at home against New Egypt.
