BOE Meeting, Buffalo Wild Wings Presentation Highlight Week Ahead

There's a handful of important meetings this week.

The Moorestown Board of Education meets at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the middle school. An agenda was not yet available on the school district website as of Sunday. 

At 7:30 Wednesday night, the township zoning board will meet. Representatives from Buffalo Wild Wings are expected to present plans to replace the Friendly's at East Gate Square, seeking various approvals, including outdoor patio seating. 

The Moorestown Business Association also meets this week (7:30 a.m. Wednesday, Moorestown Community House), as well as Home & School (7:30 p.m., William Allen Middle School).

Monday night, the Evergreens will host its first "Dine Out to Donate" fundraiser at Iron Hill Brewery, with proceeds going toward the "Ross’ Racers"—in honor of the late Mary Ellen Ross, former VP of Health Services at the Evergreens—and their involvement in the American Cancer Society’s 2013 "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer" walk.

And on Saturday, Perkins Center for the Arts will hold its first-ever Wiffle Ball Cup. The tournament will take place on the five-acre Perkins Center property, with all proceeds benefiting the center.
