The Evergreens

Flag as Inappropriate

Founded in 1919 by the Episcopal Diocese of New Jersey, The Evergreens is a not-for-profit, non-denominational Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) with an ecumenical spirit. The community is home to approximately 300 residents from all walks of life who come together to form a vital and caring community. The Evergreens meets stringent national standards for fiscal responsibility and service. Only 10% of American CCRC's achieve accreditation by the CARF-CCAC, the independent body that evaluates retirement communities for quality of life, care and financial strength — and The Evergreens is one of them. The Evergreens has earned a perfect rating for long-term and assisted living care from the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services, and the highest rating possible — “five stars” — from the Federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
