Dollar Tree Robbery Added to Charges Against Mt. Laurel Man

Eric R. Harbinson was charged in the January 2013 robbery of the store—and several others within weeks of the incident.

Haddon Township Police have charged a Mount Laurel man for the January 2013 robbery of the Dollar Tree store in the Westmont Plaza on Cuthbert Boulevard. Police say Eric R. Harbinson, 29, robbed the discount store shortly before closing time on Jan. 30, and then fled on foot. He was charged with robbery and theft.  Harbinson was apparently a busy man earlier this year. Maple Shade Police arrested him in February 2012 after he allegedly flashed a gun at a CVS clerk on Route 73. Then Cherry Hill police determined Harbinson was also their man in two separate Rite Aid robberies in that town. Harbinson has previously been convicted on theft charges, both in Burlington County, in 2006 and 2011, for which he was sentenced to five years of …

Alleged Maple Shade CVS Robber Hit with New Charges

Cherry Hill Police say Eric R. Harbinson, of Mount Laurel, hit Rite Aid stores in the township twice in the last week.

A Mount Laurel man who allegedly flashed a gun while robbing Rite Aid stores twice in the last week was arrested Thursday, and now faces a slew of charges, Cherry Hill Police said.  Eric R. Harbinson, 29, of the 4000 block of Burryport Way, allegedly hit the pharmacies on Jan. 31 and Feb. 4, flashing a gun tucked into his pants to clerks working the front registers, police said. Surveillance footage in the Jan. 31 robbery captured his distinctive black jacket, which was emblazoned with a skull and crossed revolvers on the back. Harbinson, who also has a previous address in Audubon, is charged with robbery, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon without a permit, possession of a weapon by a felon and theft of movable …
