Arsonists Torch Vehicle with Molotov Cocktail, Police Say
Mount Laurel Police are searching for two men believed to be connected to the crime.
Two people smashed their way into a vehicle and tossed what is believed to be a Molotov cocktail inside, setting it on fire, according to Mount Laurel Police. The arson occurred around 7:20 p.m. Saturday on the unit block of Hilltop Drive, police said. The vehicle was parked in the driveway of a residence when two unknown individuals smashed the window and set it on fire, causing approximately $5,000 damage. The suspects were seen leaving the area in a white vehicle, possibly an Acura, police said.
