Police Seek Suspects in 7-Eleven Armed Robberies

Mount Laurel Police say the same two men were involved in the robberies of two 7-Elevens early Thursday.

Police are looking for a pair of men who robbed two Mount Laurel 7-Elevens at gunpoint early Thursday morning.

According to Mount Laurel Police, the first robbery occurred around 1:20 a.m. at the 7-Eleven at the corner of Route 73 and Ramblewood Parkway. Two men wearing dark hoodies and ski masks entered the store, and one pointed a dark-colored handgun at the clerk, demanding he hand over the cash in the register. Police said $30 in cash and $80 worth of cigarettes were stolen. Both suspects fled on foot toward 73.

Approximately 12 minutes later, a man described as being white, wearing a dark-colored hoodie and a ski mask, entered the 7-Eleven at the corner of Marne Highway and Larchmont Boulevard, pointed a handgun at the clerk and demanded he turn over the cash in the register, police said. The suspect fled on foot toward Ark Road. An undetermined amount of cash and cigarettes were stolen.

No injuries were reported in either robbery, police said.
